Services contract

الطرف الأول: عَسّاس — …، الرقم الوطني الموحد …، …. الطرف الثاني: المنشأة الموقعة أدناه وبياناتها المدخلة في هذا العقد.

First party: ASSAS — …, Unified No. …, …. Second party: the entity signing below with the details entered in this contract.

يقدم الطرف الأول للطرف الثاني خدمات الباقة المختارة: (أ) تجربة عساس لمدة 14 يوماً: الرادار والتقرير اليومي، أو (ب) الرادار الذاتي: رصد الفرص الحكومية والخاصة مع تنبيه بالبريد، أو (ج) التقرير والفحص الشامل، أو (د) عساس الشامل: الرادار ورصد الفرص يومياً، والتسجيل كمورد لدى ما يصل إلى ستين جهة شهرياً بحسب توفر البوابات واستيفاء المتطلبات، وتصميم الهوية أو تعديلها، وضبط البنية الرقمية وكتابة المحتوى، وتحليل المنافسات وإعداد مسودات العروض، وتطوير الأعمال، وتقرير يومي في حساب الطرف الثاني الساعة 11 مساءً بتوقيت الرياض.

The first party provides the selected plan: (a) the 14-day ASSAS trial: radar and daily report, or (b) the self-serve radar: public and private opportunity monitoring with email alerts, or (c) the comprehensive scan & report, or (d) ASSAS Complete: daily radar and opportunity tracking, supplier registration with up to sixty entities per month subject to portal availability and requirements, identity design or refresh, digital structure and content writing, tender analysis and proposal drafts, business development, and a daily report in the second party's account at 11 PM Riyadh time.

تجربة عساس: 159 ريالاً مرة واحدة تُخصم من أول اشتراك، وتُرد كاملة إن لم يرصد الطرف الأول فرصة مؤهلة واحدة على الأقل خلال 14 يوماً. الرادار الذاتي: 249 ريالاً شهرياً. التقرير الشامل: 550 ريالاً مرة واحدة. عساس الشامل: 5,500 ريال شهرياً تُدفع مقدماً. يتم الدفع بالتحويل البنكي، ويبدأ التنفيذ عند استلام التحويل.

ASSAS trial: SAR 159 once, deducted from the first subscription and fully refunded if the first party detects no qualified opportunity within 14 days. Self-serve radar: SAR 249 monthly. Comprehensive report: SAR 550 once. ASSAS Complete: SAR 5,500 monthly, paid in advance. Payment is by bank transfer; work starts once the transfer is received.

التقرير الشامل يُسلَّم خلال خمسة أيام عمل، والتجربة تنتهي بعد 14 يوماً. الاشتراكات الشهرية مفتوحة ويتجدد تلقائياً كل شهر، ولأي طرف إنهاؤه بإشعار كتابي قبل ثلاثين يوماً، ولا يُسترد مقابل الشهر الجاري بعد بدء التنفيذ.

The comprehensive report is delivered within five business days, and the trial ends after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions are open-ended and renews automatically each month; either party may terminate with thirty days' written notice; the current month's fee is non-refundable once work has started.

بذل العناية المهنية، والعمل من مصادر مشروعة فقط، والحفاظ على السرية، وشرح ما يُنجز للطرف الثاني دون تكلفة إضافية. التزام الطرف الأول التزام ببذل عناية لا بتحقيق نتيجة، ولا يضمن الفوز بمنافسة أو تحقيق مبيعات.

Professional care, legitimate sources only, confidentiality, and explaining all work to the second party at no extra cost. This is an obligation of means, not of result; winning any tender or achieving sales is not guaranteed.

تزويد الطرف الأول بالمستندات والصلاحيات اللازمة في وقتها، وسداد المقابل في موعده، واعتماد أي تقديم نهائي على البوابات وأي عرض مالي ملزم بنفسه.

Providing required documents and access on time, paying fees when due, and personally approving any final portal submission and any binding financial offer.

يلتزم الطرفان بسرية المعلومات المتبادلة، ويعالج الطرف الأول البيانات الشخصية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة، ولا تُستخدم بيانات الطرف الثاني في أي مشروع آخر.

Both parties keep exchanged information confidential. Personal data is processed under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and the second party's data is never used in any other project.

تنتقل ملكية مخرجات التصميم والمحتوى المعدّة خصيصاً للطرف الثاني إليه بعد سداد مقابلها كاملاً.

Ownership of design and content deliverables made specifically for the second party transfers to it upon full payment.

يخضع العقد لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بأي نزاع. يُعد التوقيع الإلكتروني على هذا العقد ملزماً للطرفين وفق نظام التعاملات الإلكترونية، وتُحفظ معه بصمة زمنية ورقم مرجعي.

This contract is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh courts having jurisdiction. The electronic signature is binding on both parties under the Electronic Transactions Law, recorded with a timestamp and reference number.
